Here is a further Bullet Physics Animation which I created with Blender 2016.

I baked the movements of all objects to animation keyframes.
Four should be enough for the frame steps, so only every fourth keyframe is captured into the bake process, this keeps the FXB-file small and so the scene loads faster and the frame-rate is better.
